Starting December 2020, I’m coordinating the activity of 2 transversal teams working directly with different stakeholders from Romania, France and India.The projects are in the Financial Reporting Regulatory Area, for 5 Europeans entities (SG Brussels, SG Frankfurt, SG Madrid, SG Zurich and SG London).Main tasks:1. Coordinate transversal teams with different peoples categories – ETL developers, business analysts2. Provide expertise on ETL flows- from workflow/job creation to data integration, transformation & load 3. Manage project costs and resources, by performing monthly budget analysis and quarterly HC analysis 4. Permanent management of project deliverables and deadlines – KPI implemented and measured in a quarterly basis 5. Involvement in all project phases from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, risk management and closure 6. Lead and coordinate Disaster Recovery exercises and migration to internal cloud platform of Oracle databases7. Implement and monitor user access management8. Elaborate internal procedures for patches management, user access, change and release management9. Supervise infrastructure costs and obsolescence10. Implement Agile methodology in the projects – Backlog management, Sprint planning, daily, demo & retrospective meetings11. People management and responsibility regarding recruitment and the attrition rate on the projects12.
