Job Descriptions:Developing and delivering industry-leading recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels• Building effective relationships within the hiring manager and HR community and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted • Delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment services including thorough qualification of candidates prior to submission to hiring managers • Designing innovative sourcing strategies and end-to-end recruitment campaigns to attract candidate both locally and internationally• Managing volume or critical recruitment activities/campaigns involving collaborations accross multiple location, hiring managers and/or recruitment team members • Demonstrating subject matter expertise in industry and local market-place hiring and recruitment activities• Maintaining the recruitment systems (Taleo, Bullhorn and SAP) accurately and ensuring total data integrity at all times• Ensuring total complaince with recruiting/hiring policies and procedures at al times

Recruitment & Selection:• Manage the recruitment process from inception to hand-over of a finalized applicant pack (all completed pre-employment checks) to local HR teams.• Organize, monitor and execute all of the recruitment transactional processes required to meet both Service Level Agreements and timely completion and delivery of the recruitment process, arrange the shortlisted candidates and conduct preliminary interview with the candidate• Provide the highest levels of support and information to managers, in supporting the recruitment process, including specific information on advertising, pre-selection tools and techniques of recruitment.Training and Development• Identify the training needs, competency individual’s gaps and establish the training matrix system.• Implement the Training Need Analysis (TNA) and evaluate the implementation.• Review and identify internal and external training programs subject to TNA implementation. • To be a partner with the stakeholders in designing the training program.• Responsible in managing annual training budget as per approval from SKKMigas.Job Analysis: • Carry out job specification analysis by creating competency matrix of organization, if possible interview by 360 degree method, main purpose of the job, and main responsibilities of employee• Carry out Job evaluation and work load analysis.Performance Appraisal Management:• Assist Senior HR Manager to set up KPI and cascade to all departments• Assist Senior HR Manager & Dept Head during appraisal performance• Ensure the performance appraisals were distributed timely manner. Any other duties as directed by superior such as:• Maintain employee headcount and report it monthly to Senior HR Manager• Establish the company’s SOP of Training and Recruitment.• Maintain and update the induction for new employee.• Manage the internship program and student who is taking program at GOKPL.
