Responsible for the MVC wind business at the São José dos Pinhais (PR) unit. Monitoring KPIs, setting of targets, analysis of DREs, inventory, budgets, framework, technical management and negotiation with clients.Large experience with crisis management during a period of production and resources reduction.

Technical responsible for the Camaçari unit (BA). Management of the production of nacelles GE and Gamesa (total of 250 employees). Creation of indicators, maintenance management, RNC responses, definition of infusion strategies and customer service.Experience with team development to increase production (ramp-up) of new composite products. Productivity increase from 40% to 60% in a manual production process

Development of projects, installation and monitoring of composite production lines of the wind segment (infusion / RTM). Development of contact adhesive for online use with savings of R$ 250,000.00 per year.Development of products from chinese market to infusion process with reduction up to 1 million BRL per year.

Intern in the maintenance area at Gerdau, for 6 months, in the city of Beaumont, Texas, United States. Responsible for elaborating procedures, schedule of outages and follow-up of activities.
