André is founder of The Solos, a company specialising in music and creative sounddesign for movie trailers, advertising campaigns and music software.Recent credits include blockbusters Once upon a time in Hollywood, 1917, Mad Max Fury Road, Black Panther, Godzilla King of the Monsters and TV spots for British Airways, Nike and Audi.The Solos also operates as a record label and publishing company.Prior to The Solos, residing in Los Angeles, André collaborated on records for a diverse range of artists like Madonna, Scissor Sisters, Junkie XL and Depeche Mode as a composer and synthesizer programmer. In 2006 he established AME Music, an Amsterdam-based company focused on music and creative sounddesign for film, advertising and trailers. AME Music’s clients included notable brands such as Native Instruments, EA Games, Lexus and Citizen. AME Music was dissolved into The Solos in early 2016.For his music for the Alien Covenant campaign André won a Buma Award for best music in advertising 2017.In 2020 André became a partner in Prolody, a company developing AI software applications for the analysis and synthesis of emotive speech.Prolody also explored speech-based detection of neurological syndromes like Parkinson or a brain haemorrhage through speech analysis.The company concluded it's operations in 2024.Present, Andre is one of the founding partners of the Round Robin Group, an advisory and investment partnership.The Round Robin Group partners with private equity firms to invest in music tech businesses leveraging it’s deep expertise and network to accelerate the growth and succes of these companies
