• Delivery Lead for a dedicated set of customers • Managing the processes in the storage environment, developing and implementing new architecture and new technologies in the customer’s SAN network. • Deep Storage and SAN configuration – EMC Storage portfolio; HP Storage portfolio; IBM Storage Portfolio (DS8800, DS 3500, DS5300, SVC, Storwize V7000, V3700); NetApp;• Focus on continuous operation of customer's storage environment. • Ensure data storage consistency and recoverability. • Very deep knowledge on all types of the EMC storage devices, all HP devices, IBM, NetApp, Brocade and Cisc• SAN products.• Initiate and recommend technical and process improvement• Work on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors.• Lead and provides expertise to functional project teams.• Participate in cross-functional initiatives.• Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies• Provide IT infrastructure lifecycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation, on-going arrangement /monitoring /troubleshooting, and de-installation, following operational policies and processes that are compliant with industry standards (e.g. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL))
