I am a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web development, software engineering, and system architecture. My career spans over two decades, during which I have worked with various organizations, including React Solutions, BBD Software Solutions, Premium Prizes and Columbus Stainless Steel. My roles have ranged from senior software engineer to freelance web developer, where I have been responsible for coding, technical analysis, system design, and mentoring junior developers. I hold a Masters degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a Bachelors from the University of Stellenbosch, and I am certified by Oracle as a Java EE6 EJB Developer, Java SE Programmer II, and Java SE Programmer I. In my current role at React Solutions, I analyze new requirements, design system architectures, and support existing ERP solutions. My technical skills include proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C#, Python, C, C++ and Java. I am adept at modernizing legacy systems and implementing new business requirements.
