Shared Service Center - TTActing as a HR Consultant, part of the Shared Service Center, responsible for - Recruitment & Selection - based on the profiles desired by each client in order to increase and improve constant expectations;- Monitoring employees experience - in order to understand how their professional experience is going and what their needs are at any given moment, in order to provide the necessary support;- Contractual formalizations - to ensure that all procedural fields are strictly complied with.- Tracking and monitoring of KPIs involving the business area in which we operate, in order to create continuous progress and constant evolution;I have been able to learn a new facet of the HR world, continuously thriving to grow and educate myself even more on this field. At Adecco I have been having the opportunity to learn a lot about different areas of the Human Resources Management area, thus expanding my knowledge.
