- Responsible for the coverage of energy sector (CTEEP, Equatorial, Copel, Eletrobras), sanitation (Sanepar), highways (EcoRodovias), logistics (Tegma, Rumo) and automotive (Mahle, Iochpe, Marcopolo).- Covering companies representing 35% of total investments.- Responsible for IT and telecom.

- Reporting to CFO of LATAM and CEO of Brazil.- Responsible for the acquisition and financial integration of a company acquired in the London stock exchange for GBP 39.2, with headquarters in USA and offices in 7 countries.- Raised BRL 72 million, with BNDES, to build 18 MW Pedra do Sal WPP.- Acquisition of 80 MW Ferrari TPP, for BRL 172 million.- Responsible for comprehensive feasibility studies and capital structure definition of many greenfield energy generation projects: - 4 HPPs (14 GW, expected investments greater than USD 20 billion); - 6 WPPs (150 MW, expected investments greater than USD 300 million); - 2 TPPs (400 MW, expected investments greater than USD 1 billion).- Feasibility studies, management of external consultants and planning to raise external financing of potential acquisitions in Latin America with equity value that would amount USD 12 billion.- Cash flow planning of the Brazilian holding.- Fiscal planning of Brazilian holding company.

- Reporting to the CFO.- Responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions business area (more that USD 6 billion of projects studied in Brazil and Chile).- Responsible for the financing modeling of the projects owned by the company and also for the projects being studied (2,400 Km, investments over USD 700 million).- Management of external and internal auditors and consultants.- Member of the team responsible to the BRL 1.2 billion loan obtained from BNDES and IDB (first private electricity transmission line financed jointly by BNDES and IDB in Latin America and awarded with the Deal of the Year 2004 of Project Finance Magazine).- Responsible for the relationship with BNDES, IDB and commercial banks, including reporting, contracts renegotiation, accomplishment of covenants and waiver request.- Member of the team responsible for the company IPO (USD 290 million).- Companies restructuring and taxes optimization prior to the IPO.- Responsible for the contact with ONS regarding all revenues and penalties related to the concession contracts.- Definition and construction of companies’ cash flow.
