Manager Of Game Day Fundraising & Community Impact Initiatives
- Manages a robust portfolio of game-day fundraising programs, initiatives, and operations, as well as all game-day Community Corner sales that showcase the organization's impact on the community (50/50 raffle, in-game fundraising, scoreboard messages, Zamboni rides, In-game auctions, Authentics, etc.).- During my tenure with the Arizona Coyotes, I implemented a series of beneficial changes that positively impacted the foundation.Modified prices of the 50/50 raffle to increase revenue and attract fans to purchase higher tiers. As a result, the revenue from the 50/50 raffle saw a significant increase of 75%, with only 24 home games remaining.- Another change implemented was to revamp the design and prices of in-game auctions. Before my arrival, the auctions generated an average of $104,000. However, during my current tenure, the average total revenue generated from the auctions increased to $190,000 (an 82% increase in revenue growth).- The changes I implemented to the raffle and auction systems were instrumental in driving revenue growth for the Arizona Coyotes. Which led to a substantial increase in revenue and a boost in fan engagement and enthusiasm for these in-game events during a troublesome time for the organization.- Works with NHL to execute Community Impact League Initiatives (Military Appreciation, HFC, Hockey is for Everyone, Girls Hockey, Teacher Appreciation, Pride, etc.).- Assisting in all aspects of the club's authentic merchandise operations by keeping & maintaining an inventory of autographed & game-used authentic memorabilia.- Manages the interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring of game-day interns assigned to the Department and 50/50 Raffle Staff.Proactively interacts with Marketing & all departments across the organization to identify collaborative opportunities that create content & increase revenue and engagement in the community.
