Global Director, Revenue Strategy - Cro Office
CurrentWorking at the Chief Revenue Officer office (CRO) to:- Orchestrate sales, marketing, and customer success functions, optimizing performance and maximizing profitability. - Identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency by developing and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes defining and implementing processes, tools, and governance frameworks to support efficient revenue generation and operations.- Lead the development and implementation of a robust pipeline analytics methodologies and tools to enable accurate forecasting (PowerBi, Qlikview), optimize lead generation, and identify revenue growth opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue optimization strategies.- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize CRM workflows, data integrity, and reporting capabilities. Drive continuous improvement in CRM processes and data-driven decision-making.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of revenue-focused reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue-related data to support strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations and customer strategy initiatives. Regularly analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve revenue goals.- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue and customer-related initiatives, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization
