- Administration of Learning platform (Cornerstone) focused on the processes connected to Mandatory trainings for the Group (over 260k employees): - Definition of target population - Testing technically the e-learnings in all languages available (19 languages) on the platform - Assignations of trainings to a worldwide population or targeted/ segmented - Support to key users worldwide and/or end-users - Responsible for the Portuguese language on the platform- Reporting on Mandatory trainings for the Group (using Tableau) on the entire population- Segmentation process of the employees of the Group based on a risk assessment - Sounding Board Member (committee responsible for managing the Learning platform internally) representing Compliance Function

- Implementation and management of training and e-learning plataform (Cornerstone Learning Suite)- Survey of training needs and design of the annual training plan;- Coordination with various directions and management of monthly training plan;- Support in designing and implementation of the Corporate Academy for Managers, with Nova SBE and Porto Business School;- Management of Certification process of Training Dept. by DGERT;- Implementation of Cetelem Partner's Academy Project;- Organization of annual seminars in each Direction;- Conducting monthly reportings on training assignments; - Budget Management and stewardship of Training Dept.; - Market research and negotiation of training providers;- Dynamization of the corporate values: Leadership Guidelines and BNP Paribas Way (through communication activities, animation and training);- Support in the corporate international design diagnostic skills (Filière/ Skills Diagnosis)
