- Main responsible for the rentability of the business.- Monotoring and define the payout matrix of all sports.- Responsible for all the onsite content and sportsbook offer.- Responsible for active sportsbook customers, monotoring in a daily basis their behaviour.- Define and ensure delivery of a localised content strategy for CRM so engagement is maximised foreach segment.- Ensure that targeted promotions are competitive, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned withother areas of the business always. Monitor and report on results and performance.- Work closely with VIP, Development, Customer Support and Marketing team to deliver consistencyon our promotions and to ensure that the targeted KPI's will be delivered.

- Responsible for active Sportsbook customers from Brazil and Peru. - Take ownership of end to end campaign planning, from conceptualisation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation. - Coordinating design, copy/translation and content team.- Responsible for business KPI's.- Work directly with Marketing team to help in acquiring new customers.- Managing the content on site and ensuring that online content is accurate, thorough, user-firendly,and up-to-date.- Contributing to a Sportsbook technology roadmap.

- Execution promotional makerting campaigns and activities- Ensuring adherence to deadlines is kept and campaign/project delivered in time with impeccablequality- Ensuring quality is managed across all levels including but nor limited to: translations, content,artwork, bonuses, newsletters and processes/procedures- Responsible for sharing campaign information to all stakeholders such as Customer Service- Managing the content on Partner Brands websties and ensuring that online content is accurate,thorough, user-firendly, and up-to-date- Regularly send email/sms communications (dynamic content, list segmentation, implementingtracking URL's, scheduling) as assigned.- Managing and maintaining email marketing system and the CMS- Optimizing CRM structure- Liaising project and campaign ideas with product managers- Coordinating design, copy/translation and content team- Processing daily campaign requests- Initiating new ideas for funcionality and technical solutions for campaigns

Weekly analysis of segmented database with different offers to different customer segments.Creating offers / segmented promotions taking into account the importance of the customer for the company.Monitoring business through daily reports, transactions and movements of the database.Analysis of duplicate or fraudulent accounts through a daily monitoring of new/existing customers, analysing their transactions / betting pattern.
