I am a marketing and sales specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field. Until 2020, I served as co-founder and Head of Marketing at RD Station, one of the biggest startup cases in Brazil, which was sold for 2 billion Brazilian reais (around 400 million dollars) for TOTVS (the 6th biggest management software company in the World). In this role, I led a team of 50+ marketing professionals and was responsible for driving growth and increasing brand awareness for the company.Additionally, I was the Head of Marketing and Growth at Loja Integrada, where I helped an e-commerce platform businesses grow. I'm also a best-selling author with my book "Maquina de Aquisição de Clientes" or "Customer Acquisition Machine" in a literal translation. I'm honored to have been elected as a Forbes Under 30 and an Endeavor entrepreneur, recognizing my accomplishments in the field of marketing.I hold a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.

    Loja Integrada (VTEX group company - NYSE: VTEX) is an e-commerce platform focused on small and medium-sized retailers. It is considered the leader in Brazil in the volume of created stores.I was hired as head of Marketing and Growth, with the goal of creating a foundation for the organic growth that the company had during the e-commerce boom, generated by restrictions due to the Covid-19 health crisis.One of the major goals achieved was to structure teams and processes for the marketing and customer acquisition team. We defined the structure, set up new areas, hired new leaders and employees (we went from 23 to 41 people on the team), and evaluated and replaced suppliers, in addition to defining goals and management processes.In terms of results, we managed to increase the volume of new stores created and maintain the volume of new monthly subscriptions when compared to the Covid period. We also had significant growth (+400% over the 12-month period) in reach and audience on social networks.Finally, I actively participated in the executive board and senior management team, working on aspects of strategy and culture.

This channel accounted for 40% of the company's sales; Individual results:> Among more than 50 leaders in the company, I was the one who had the best grade improvements in our 360º assessments after participating in the company leadership training program; > I was elected 3x consecutive Inbound Marketing Professional of the Year and spoke at most of the main events of the area in Brazil.
