Current* Latin America Solutions Engineering Director* Proven experience on high-tech market on Customer Experience Management solutions;* Manage five (5) Pre-Sales resources located throughout Latin America;* Responsible for Enterprise and CXone Presales Certification, Sales and SE Enablement for +10 NICE Channel Partners in Latin America;* Help drive NICE sales teams and customers towards strategic thinking that drive business results;* Help with pipeline creation analysis to identify possible gaps and Year-over-Year comparison. Pipeline evolution tracking (ageing, creation, close rate among others);* Contribute to develop work plan & strategy for initiatives within my organization, including specific market requirements as well as competitive analysis;* Business relationship with Senior Level Executives - Customers and Business Partners;* Activities in business development and solution engineering for Contact Center as a Service, Artificial Intelligence focused in Customer Experience, Interaction Analytics, NPS, Assisted and Unassisted automation, Application and Process monitoring and omni-channel recording with focus in Operational Efficiency, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, Automation and Guidance and Revenue Growth;* Drive close rate by delivering custom built proposal and Proof-of-Value tests;* Proven key player leveraging new opportunities and exceeding sales quotas;* Responsible for strategic and major accounts, as well as complex projects
