Working within a multidisciplinary global structure, I locally lead the Programme Set-up and Programme Management teams.Focused on the combination of international methodologies, global guidelines and the structuring of local teams, I lead corporate and retail programmes with emphasis to:• UBER’s Real Estate program (i) expanding the presence of activation and support centres across Brazil, (ii) implementing, renovating and expanding the Centre of Excellence and regional offices, (iii) renovating, expanding and subsequently full relocating Brazil’s Central Office.- We grew and modified our structure to meet customer dynamism and growth;- We contributed with tools and cost control systems (locally and globally), established purchasing and contracting methodology, standardized schedule and adapted project interfaces with internal areas and suppliers, reducing costs and guaranteeing quality and consistency to the final real estate product.• Program to update and expand the network of franchisees, ensuring the implementation within the global customer standards - Automotive Retail.Due to a work focused on quality improvement, we collected recurring cases of internal and external successes.I am deeply involved and actively contribute to the growth of the Brazil branch, being part of the Country Board.

As a Project Manager in the Consulting team, I supported local and foreign institutional investors in their Real Estate developments throughout the country, with highlight to:- Residential Program in SP, with more than 20 properties, 220k sqm and total investment of approx. 460M BRL. I managed the delivery of Due Diligence on designs and projects as well as on built assets, developed cost analysis for investment recommendations and supported the negotiations with local developers and builders;- Real Estate portfolio with investment over 3 Bn reals. Working on projects of different natures, I delivered different services on specific moments of the life cycle of the assets, having participated in renegotiations of land-swaps, acquisitions of assets under construction as well as fully developed constructions.I was appointed chair of Brazil YPF (Your Professional Future), an internal group to foster the growth of young professionals.
