As the first technical member of the Intelligence Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Squad, I was responsible for integrating the company's B2B2C strategy through the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. My duties included comprehending business challenges and requirements; conducting exploratory data analysis; creating, validating, deploying, and monitoring models. The main projects I undertook were:- Creation of a monthly product recommendation model, with the goal of reducing clients stockouts, by analyzing sell-in and sell-out data.- Development of a daily product recommendation model to enhance the customer purchase journey of our B2B application.- Customer clustering to identify profiles and aid in experiment stratification.- Conduction of A/B experiments and backtests to test and validate models.

Prescriptive Modelling for a Gas Distribution Company: I have helped to develop and implement a model that provides best regions and street paths for the company to expand the current network and prospect new customers. Among the activities, I have helped to create supervised learning models, complex network and geospatial algorithms and analysis.Customer Experience Analytics for a Telecommunication Company: data mining project to extract customer insights. Responsible for conducting cluster/segmentation analysis, bootstrap/permutation analysis, time series decomposition and forecast, monitoring experiments results, and creating analytical tables and visualizations.Forecast Modelling for a Financing Bank: responsible for creating a simulator, based on accounts receivable behavior, to increase the budget accuracy forecast of the company.

Responsible for two institutional programs of the company: Recruta Stone (one of the biggest Trainee Programs in Brazil), and International Summer Job (for top American Universities). At the first, I was in charge of structuring and implementing its processes (ATS changes, evaluation methods, dynamic case) and develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor its execution. At the second one, I was responsible for monitor participants development and map improvements for next programs.

Assigned into the Supply Chain’s Analytics department. I was responsible for developing a tool that could improve client’s data collection for an optimization software.

Manager of a 9 members’ team to organize an immersive week of training and careers at POLI. As a manager, I was responsible for selecting, monitoring, training and directing the efforts of the team in order to organize the event, besides reformulating its strategical, tactical and operational structure. As a result, we were able to achieve the highest numbers ever reached by the event, in terms of participants, revenues and profit.
