Company’s main goal: To supply B&R automation equipments and solutions (PLCs, HMIs, Servo drives and motors, Stepper Drives and Motors, IO Modules, Industrial PCs and Panels, etc).Job demands initial technical trainment for a 4 months period in Austria.Responsabilities:Project Management and Execution - Gather requirements with clients and prediction of service hours. - Tasks organization and Architecture/Structure definition - Programming (Languages: Ladder, ST and C) - Simulation and partial validations with clients - Machine commissioning and delivery - Maintenance team trainment - Documentation of all stepsCapable of building complex software, using techniques (validated in real projects) that generate reliable, robust and easy-maintainable code.Trainments - Identification of client needs and definition of adequate trainment (Standard/customized) - Organization: Booking, communication, equipment preparation/test. - Customized training material - Perform trainments in a didactic and adaptive way, accordingly to the studentsTechnical Support - Support customers over the phone, email or in person with equipments programming/configuration. - Creation of documentation describing procedures. - Communication with headquarters (Austria) whenever necessarySales Support - Specification of automation equipments and solutions - Presentations in clients - Identification of sales opportunities - Identification of technologies requested in the marketLocal Engineering Team Management - Organization of Tasks and priorities with sales department and director (strategy) - Delegate tasks to team, supporting development whenever necessary - Management of equipments and other resources
