• IT Desktop Designing of PXE/TFTP boot configurations and defining of desktop roll-out procedures. • In charge of all imaging and roll-outs of the client's desktops, servers, hardware, software, cabling, WiFi and all other network infrastructures. • Support of the entire faculty and student base within the Universities 30 buildings, and solved issues with AD user accounts, desktop support, helpdesk, and VPN.

• Responsibilities included maintenance and support of Windows NT Workstations and Macintosh;• Supplying end-user support involving connectivity issues with HPLCs, FPLCs, and other unique hardware and software, while ensuring a Zero tolerance down time to the scientist. • In addition, performed the tasks of a corporate Tier three desktop support engineer.

• Oracle Base Image Team• Responsibilities include developing; building and deploying Windows NT 4.0 automated CD-ROMs for fully unattended installation of Windows and third party packages. • Coordinated vendors to have drivers compliant with unattended installations, as well as writing C++, INF, command-line registry patches, Sysdiff and Wise Installs• Providing final Data Center support involving connectivity issues with standard Client Connectivity Software, FTP OnNet, NFS Printing, Oracle Installer, NT 4.0 Servers, and organized and performed new product evaluations for Oracle Global Standards.

• Responsibilities include WAN maintenance with support for Novell 4.1 OS/2 LAN Servers and Windows NT Servers with Windows 95 and Windows 3.11 Clients. • Trouble shoot routers and wiring patches; supplying tier 3 end-user support and technical writing of procedures involving connectivity issues with Office 95 Suite, CC-Mail, NT Servers, Novell Gateways, Printer Mappings; Static IP addresses and SMTP gateways under GMHS.

• The responsibilities of third level tier support included WAN maintenance with support for Windows NT Servers and Windows 3.11 Clients• Supplying end-user support involving connectivity issues with Common Applications, NT Servers, Novell Gateways, and Printer Mappings; converting static IP addresses to a DHCP environment;• Creating the new Payment Request Database in Access v2.0 while converting and the legacy DOS forms, reports and data from FoxPro v2.6 (DOS);• Ensure an invisible transition to the end-user from a Novell environment to a Windows NT domain environment.
