SmartMob Coworking is a place that brings people together and creates a community of entrepreneurs.I'm the founder and my responsibilities until Dezember 2013 was administrate and manage the coworking space, organize events, promote and marketing the brand. Now at UP Global my role is advisor.

WEG is the largest Latin American electric motor manufacturer and also produces generators, transformers, drives and coatings. At WEG I was in charge of the enamelling and tapping process and managing the operators.Key achievements
• Coached 40 operators on how to control parameters of the enamelling machine and monitor the tapping process system;• Developed new dies for enamelling, water treatment system and equipments;
• Created processes and procedures - improving production in 20% and reducing waste in 30%.
