• Human Resources Business Partner to Engineering, Finance, IT, and Technical Services, serving as first point of contact on human resource matters such as employment, benefits, compensation, policy interpretation, and employee relations.• Create, develop and present monthly site HR metrics for the plant leadership team, providing them with information to make informed business decisions with regards to resource planning, turnover and key indicators of plant’s Human Capital successes and gaps.• Oversaw the recruiting function for the Ohio site from site start up to commercial launch. Created recruiting plan and strategy to grow site from 20 employees at the beginning of 2007 to over 300 in 2012. • Served as the Ohio representative/stakeholder on multiple HR systems implementations including eTime, SAP, Workday, Saba, eVerify, and Taleo; provided input regarding key processes to support the site’s HRIS needs. • Technical/Functional Lead on Taleo Recruit and Onboard implementation. Continue to serve as corporate Taleo Administrator responsible for user management and system updates to support changing business needs.• Responsible for managing yearly headcount, which involves facilitating meetings to align headcount with changing business needs.• Responsible for HR Compliance, including: maintaining job descriptions, recruiting files, and I9 requirements for recruiting.• Helped develop shift schedules and differentials to support 24/7 facility.• Create, update and maintain HR policies for Ohio site including, but not limited to: pre-employment physical requirements, internal recruitment policy, and temporary labor policy.• DISC Assessment administrator and facilitator. Provide individual DISC Assessment review, as well as facilitating team DISC assessment sessions.• Managed relationships with staffing agencies (including price negotiations) to provide site with appropriate contingent staffing levels to support projects and commercial launch.
