Led the development of the automatic system of choosing the best strategy with AI for debt collection in the bank. Up to 17 people in command. Tech stack: Kubernetes (Openshift), Python and Java, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Jenkins & Bitbucket, Jira & Confluence.* Managed the transformation from a legacy platform to a new one, based on open code solutions. We had a limited time, needed twice as much, to make it in time and save the existing processes (around 1100 attributes and 43 services) due to the unexpected inability to renew licenses. As a result, 50% of the services were released in October and others will be launched in November.* Increased the teams from 4 to 17 people, leading 2 teams simultaneously to remade our process on a new platform in close cooperation with inner clients. As a result, the time to add a new system as a source of data decreased from 3 months to 1. Have the new ability to launch a pilot at any point in the process.* Led integration of a more advanced ML model, RNN. The new model used 10 times more data and we needed to refactor the data marts of this process very deeply to make it work. Using A/B testing we made the comparison with previous models and had a 12% increase in recovery rate.* Supported and achieved the launch of the new strategies with random communications and without communications. Such strategies created up to 3% unbiased data that we didn’t have early at all and it helped in learning new more advanced models in the future like RNN.

* Led a team of three analysts and managed the update of the service of unloading credit history into the credit bureau. As a result, the company fulfilled new major regulatory changes at the time and prevented a fine of hundreds of thousands of euros.* Reduced the number of complaints on the company's credit history by 81% through the initiation of constant improvements in inhouse and partner systems’, including outer credit bureaus. * Managed the creation of a full credit history unload from the inner credit bureau to a new debt collector system with inaccurate and constantly changing requirements from the counterparty. Consequently, a new system was launched on time and the company didn’t renew the license for the old equifax system.

* Supervised the contractor’s work on a new service of unloaded credit information from the back system to the new front one and settled the problems of requirements changes. Therefore the company launched the new front system at time and improved the recovery rate by 30%.* Led the team of three developers which maintained compulsory reporting to the Central bank and managed to do all changes in time in close cooperation with inner clients. Consequently the company managed to fulfill all his obligations to the Central Bank.

* Made for users a list of standard solutions for common problems, managed to settle with 3rd line of support to fix some old less critical but annoying problems. As a result, the number of tasks decreased by 20%.* Implemented a task tracker program (TrackStudio) for receiving issues and bugs from inner users. Therefore the company used a much more convenient way to track bugs than emails.
