The responsibilities of my position include assistance towards Deloitte's clients from Ireland, managing start date and end date budgets, the sprints and doing Excel reports while extending any assistance towards the managers and directors that we aided.

-To respond in due time to customers, from the Back Office department, and to offer them customer support regarding any of their technical issues with their devices (smartphones, earbuds etc.)

-Offering support for the hosts and the guests of the Airbnb platform, that either had technical, legal or other types of situation.

-Writing the histopathology of every pacient that had medical controls or medical interventions inside the Oncological Institute-To issue the discharge ticket for every pacient from the radiology department
