I developed several research projects focused med tech and biotech like microbiome modulation and natural compounds supplement therapies.Now we research microbiome mining for super donors of healthy and usefull bacteria for the next generation probiotics NGP.

During the pandemics, I was part of the project called Roshield, a Romanian brand specialized in Covid face protection masks and shields. Here I build and implemented the brand communication strategy and all the b2b and b2c network flow and procedures, from setting up the invoice software to logistics, marketplace contracts, pricing, webshop, ads, PR.

I developed startup projects from the garage level to well established scale ups with over 100 employees and multimillion euro annual revenues.I started a well beloved project. I am the man behind the revival of the iconic Pegas bicycle, many a Romanian’s favorite childhood buddy. Relaunched in 2012 the company managed to get a complete portfolio for each category of bike, from urban to e-bikes. Moreover, it launched Romania’s first electric bikes, as well as several brands for other outdoor products such as vintage skates, electric transportation – electric scooter and electric longboard. Since the middle of 2017 the company has been developing the implementation of the first dockless smart bike sharing service, Aperider. We built the app from scratch and during this process I acquired experience in the IT/IOT field being in the position to work with big and small players and experts in the field like Vodafone, Amber, Tremend, Qualitance and so on.At Pegas I developed a large national and international retail and b2b network and we worked also with international marketplaces like Amazon, managing over 100 employees and a large network of collaborators. I managed end-to-end marketing, digital, brand and communications winning strategies to meet the needs of our clients, investors/shareholders, regulators, media, vendors, employees and communities. Our campaigns coordinated have often won advertising contests like Effie, Webstock and I managed to bring Pegas in the top 100 Romanian brands for several years in a row.Our start-up story was mentioned in many publications including “The Guardian”.

Our company was devoted to implementing the rst dockless smart bike-sharing service, Aperider. We built the app from the ground up, and as a result, I gained considerable expertise in the IT/IoT eld. Throughout that process, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of players in the industry, both big and small, including esteemed experts such as Vodafone, Amber, Tremend, and Qualitance, among others.

Designing, planning and coordinating National and European studies on drug use and addiction (quantitative & qualitative research) - elaborating of methodological designs, research tools, databases and analysis reports in the area of drug use research- Providing methodological support and supervision for drug related research projects.- Providing of specific drug related data to the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA): writing the Prevention, Social Correlates, Answers to Social Correlates and Selected Issues, Drug related infectious diseases chapters in the National Report to the EMCDDA and filing of standard tables and structured questionnaires for Prevention, Social Correlates, Answers to Social Correlates and Selected Issues, Drug related Infectious Diseases, Drug related Deaths - Providing qualitative and quantitative methodological research training for the Romanian National Antidrug Agency (NAA) staff-, developing the research capability of NAA at national level by setting up a research network (47members) - Designing programs for preventing drug abuse financed by the European Union;- Coordinating research related activities and components of European programs/projects (Phare/structural) - Attending conferences, seminars and scientific communities on the field of specialization (research platform on Pompidou Group, , EMCDDA, ESPAD -the European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs, etc)
