Content was added through Tridion CMS and Adobe AEM platforms.Maintaining the information on all company domains across the world, applying translations and coordinating with the CRM team to provide the best experience possible.As I have extensive technical knowledge and experience I could provide my team with HTML, CSS and JavaScript snippets that helped create content faster and offer a standardized workflow wihich in turn helped with updating and corrections.I have also provided constant feedback to the development teams for improving templates and the CMS platforms, often providing CSS and JavaScript snippets with the solutions that can be applied. Also offering UI/UX proposals as per my experience with front-end and back-end development.

Implemented CMS driven websites for a number of domains owned by Maer Group. Developed a unique design for each website and trained personnel into using the CMS to update content based on access level.Maintained the IT hardware for the entire Tulcea office which included: computers, laptops, printers, routers/switches, file-servers, web-server etc.Supervised the implementation of a new internet provider and resolved any issues regarding internet connectivity.

Built an information portal for the Indirect Sales Channel from a basic CMS to a full fledged operating platform linked to CRM systems, Network reporting software, clients account management software, all in all a one way door to all applications and information need by Sales Representatives of Orange Romania Partners to achieve the goals of their jobs.Maintenance of all said information, including it's connectivity to back-end systems and troubleshooting when necessary.Updating the web portal with all the informational content needed by Indirect Sales Channel, developing and extending the web portal through Actionscript programming for flash based apps, Javascript and Java code modifications for tweaking the web portal based on users needs.On my own time I have developed an information review system which it ended up being implemented in departments like Marketing, Sales and Technical; based on Adobe PDF review process with minimal costs (1-3 licenses of Adobe Acrobat per department for review initiators, reviewers used the free Adobe Reader). This process included template documents with Javascript enhanced functionality including Digital Signatures (this however was a limited implementation only used by a hand-full of people the reason being that they preferred printing and signing the document). However those who used digital signatures praised the method and have said that it saved time for them personally. In total the review system saved an approximately 80% of the time previously used in the data aggregation pipeline.Developed a dynamic map system at the request of Florin Popa which was Orange Romania's Sales Director at the time with options to view Indirect Sales Channels filtered by shop tiers, additional functionality was forged in by request.
