I manage different segments, as IT Communication, IT Accessories , Sound, Video, Phones, Appliances and Software, having as responsibility different duties through which the sales and customer satisfaction have to increase.By a better product, stock, price, campaigns management I succeed to improve the sales of the segments that I am responsible of,having an average of 30% sales increase per month.In May 2014 I won, with my team, the 1st place for succeeding to have the segments with… Show more I manage different segments, as IT Communication, IT Accessories , Sound, Video, Phones, Appliances and Software, having as responsibility different duties through which the sales and customer satisfaction have to increase.By a better product, stock, price, campaigns management I succeed to improve the sales of the segments that I am responsible of,having an average of 30% sales increase per month.In May 2014 I won, with my team, the 1st place for succeeding to have the segments with the biggest sales increase for the Easter period, against the sales results from the previous year.With the help of my team, of which 12 members are part, I organize the products on shelves, manage the products stock, organize the products campaigns, build the prices, issue the returns, analyze and treat the known and unknown losses and organize the inventories.Through others I am also responsible of training the new employees, of evaluating the team that I am managing and analyzing the sales evolution, and forecasting the sales results of the segments.
