Delo Group turned from a regional player into a federal level diversified holding company. In my five years with Delo1. The Group started to prepare and publish IFRS financials for two of its subsidiary sub-holding companies, annual reports, received initial credit ratings from S&P, Fitch and Expert RA2. The Group restructured its bunkering business, launched several new lines of business including grain trading and tug boats3. The Group divested from oil products business and introduced Cargill as a minority investor in its grain terminal. 4. The Group conducted a corporate restructuring with relocating all the assets to Russia, incorporate the new Management Company Delo, which I ran from its inception. 5. The Group completed a transformational M&A deal for acquiring a co-controlling stake in the largest Russian container terminal operator.

An opportune project lead by a team of old Morgan Stanley colleagues promising to convert a small captive bank into a diversified financial holding company. Was in charge for developing the corporate strategy together with McKinsey. Was in charge for the corporate block until finding its new head. Member of the investment committee, responsible for relaunching the entire lending process.

NCSP had been one of my best clients, starting from initial credit rating and debt restructuring in 2006-2007, leading to an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, followed by liability management, private wealth management and M&A advisory assignments for NCSP brought to the bank. After the change in shareholders' structure was invited to join as CFO. During the 12 months in this capacity managed to help develop, defend and announce the new corporate strategy, refinance maturing liabilities with inaugural RUB bonds.

Caught the first Russian IPO wave (Evraz, Sistema), lead multiple Eurobond offerings for corporate and sovereign issuers, liability management and rating advisory mandates.After relocating to the Moscow office, worked for a year in the Investment Banking division later to join the EEMEA Fixed Income Capital Markets, responsible for Russia and the CIS. In this capacity lead multiple debt financing, derivative and liability transactions for Russian corporates.
