Eight years in Morgan Stanley in London and Moscow with the last position being VP, Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets. Multiple financing and advisory transactions for top tier Russian clients.Then switched to the industry. During 12 months at NCSP, largest Russian sea port, able to refinance maturing obligations, reset relations with investors, produced Master Plan strategy document.Then joined my ex-Morgan Staley colleagues in an attempt to develop a local mid-tier captive bank into a financial holding company - a project that never took off.Then was invited to join Delo Group as CFO. Delo is NCSP's direct competitor on the Black Sea with two terminals and a bunkering service in Novorossiysk, Delo also owns a 3pl operator with assets in Novorossiysk, Moscow and Leningradskaya regions and rolling stock.After 2.5 years as CFO, was promoted to the top position in the group responsible for the finance and commercial functions, strategy, development and M&A.In April 2018 Delo Group purchased a co-controlling stake in Global Ports, the largest Russian container terminal operator. I went to work for Global Ports to take the lead on developing the new corporate strategy and investment projects, to lead the turnaround project.
