Currently, I am coordinating my portfolio of clients from the area of Direct taxes, especially of: • Personal income tax (i.e. advisory and monthly compliance), from preparatory procedures to finalizing the whole process;• Mandatory social charges (advising on the domestic legislation and EU Regulation on the coordinating of social security systems);• Residence of the individuals (analyzing and advising on residency conditions from domestic legislation and the concept of dual residence tiebreaker rules in accordance with the Double tax treaties);• Analyzing and advising regarding the Permanent Establishments of the non-resident companies which perform activity on the Romanian teritorry through a fixed place, independent agent, home office, etc.
