Développement des approches PAT pour l'analyse continue des procédés chimiques de synthèse d'API.

Responsibilities:Planning and leading of the metabolomics team activities within Omics Hub. Scientific expertise of the new analytical approches set-up. Ideation and execution of the collaborative projects and services with partners. Development of NMR and LC-MS analytical methods for bacteria, tissus, biofluids analysis, including targeted and non-targeted approches. Analysis of polar metabolites, amino acids, sugars, nucleotides, organic acids, vitamins, lipids, biles acids, SCFA, Lps intermediates, peptidoglycans. Development of GC and LC-MS analytical methods for metabolomics database of the aquatic animals for ecotoxicological applications.

The European Center for High Field NMR in Lyon, France, is the home to multidisciplinary research groups actively involved in developing NMR spectroscopy in chemistry, physics and biology including medicine. The center is a European large scale NMR facility and host the first commercial 1GHz spectrometer world-wide since August 2009.During the postdoctoral fellowship, I was involved in two main scientific projects. The first one consisted in development of the metabolomics approach for genome annotation based on Caenorabditis elegans animal model. The metabolic profiling of nematode mutants were related to muscular degenerative diseases. The project was carried out in collaboration with Kathrin GIESELER team from Molecular and Cellular Genetic Center, University Claude-Bernard, Lyon. The second project resided in development of the metabolomics-on-a-chip tool for hepatotoxicity drug screening. This research was a result of collaboration between the French and British teams. The NMR analyses were performed on 600MHz for semi-solid and 850 MHz and 1GHz for liquid samples.
