• In charge of developing & reporting for the consolidated company budget: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital: A vs. B.• Monthly & ad-hoc Operational Reporting and Comments for Ownership and important stakeholders: banks, external auditors, investors.• Preparation of sales budget & forecast for an extended product range exceeding 1.5k products in 4 channels, expense & capex budget for all departments.• Preparation of in-depth 5’yrs business plans (including M&A) for operational and investment appraisal in both FMCG and Manufacturing.• Extended controlling experience in Logistic processes (distribution & warehousing): KPI development and reporting, ABC costing, expense reduction projects, business improvement projects, 3PL tendering. • Responsible for Monthly Performance Review with several banks in matters of covenant follow- up.• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.• Sales Finance function involving major players in IKA and TT: client / product profitability, crossed financial operations, pricing, BEP, target reporting.• Ad-hoc business cases for projects related to Marketing & Trading.• Joined responsibility with IT for the Company’s reporting system (development and update).
