Ghidez antreprenorii pentru stabilirea target-urilor si forecast-urilor realiste pentru a-si atinge obiectivele short/medium/long term prin a analiza in depth situatia financiara curenta a firmei, cat si oportunitatile din piata (costuri, venituri, cashflow, bugete etc.).Facem evaluarea costurilor și beneficiilor adiționale generate de producția sau vânzarea unei unități de produs sau serviciu. Utilă pentru optimizarea prețurilor și a mixului de produse.Programe : 1) Analiza Marginala ( Marginal Analysis). 2)Consolidare/Optimizare Cashflow si P&L.

As Project Coordinator-take care and support volunteers to respect their activities, train volunteers to develop interactive activities for the target groups, find new ways of making activities more appealing, increase self-esteem for the target groups and volunteers while participating in the specific activities. Last but not least, make people( volunteers, citizens) aware of the importance of community development for upcoming generations that deserve greater opportunities for personal and professional development.As Erasmus+ coordinator: Make participants to work as a team, establish new lessons for a week in which non-formal education is promoted and it's strong points, organize activities for participants.As a volunteer- supervise 20 children for 4 hours in which we did homework and made different activities such as: playing board games, painting, watching movies, outdoor activities.
