I have always dreamed of being known for something important, something that would make a difference in everyone’s routine, even if it meant an atypical meal or a box of delicious cookies to cheer someone up. But most of all it had to be something that would also challenge my creativity and allow it to be boundless, so that I would feel passionate and enthusiastic about my work all the time. All along culinary arts were present in my life, in myself. I always feel happy while cooking and I constantly feel excited at the prospect of learning more about it! To deepen my skills, I applied in 2018 for the Culinary Arts Academy at BHMS Luzern, Switzerland. Right now I am in my 3rd and final year. During this time, which included both intensive cooking labs and theoretical classes, I achieved a base that I want to use in order to pursue a career in this domain. I had the chance to train and showcase my work at Park Hyatt Zurich as a kitchen trainee.Now I look forward to investing time and a lot of work in everything I achieved during this period by going out in the real world, working in the right place with the right people. I am willing to do my best in learning as much and as fast as possible from every single experience, all while bringing my contribution to the good functioning of the restaurant. My motivation, commitment, and pre-existing skills will allow me to fit into your work environment.My Goal:Eating and cooking are some of the basic universal human activities, even if in today's world they have become so much more: cultural expression, entertainment, a whole tourism sector. I have been fascinated with food ever since I was little. What started as a game for a greedy kid, grew into a passion, a source of connection, an outlet for creativity and then a road to a profession. While I may have not yet found exactly where this road leads, I know that I want to explore, to learn, to grow so I can make my own way in the culinary world and ultimately, help others to be equally as inspired by the food that they eat.
