• Handle the administrative and operational elements;• Take responsibility for preparation for meetings, capturing action points and follow-ups; • Develop decision documents, prepare presentations, visuals, and status updates with inputs from the Executive Director and the international parteners;• Contribute to the preparation of strategic analyses and combine the operational and the strategic view;• Assist in project setup, including forecasting, planning, budgeting and risk and issue management;• Collaborate with the project team, assigning the monthly tasks and evaluating the progress;• Interface directly with stakeholders to build strong, productive relationships;• Manage projects through the project lifecycle;• Maintain accurate project documentation, such as weekly status reports and snapshots.
