Duties:-Design, implement & facilitate an effective local marketing strategy.-Carrying out effective research & intelligence into competitor strategies & other trends.-Constantly improving business development activities.-Develop partnerships & relationships with third parties to meet strategic objectives.-Identifying key marketing opportunities.-Making sure that campaigns run to deadline and on budget.-Online campaigns, web site, use of digital/social media.-Budget setting and control, including measurement and return on investment.-Exceptional project and time management skills.-Monitoring & reporting to senior managers on the effectiveness of strategies/campaigns.-Setting the scope, implementation, management & review of marketing campaigns.Additional Duties: Graphic Design: -Designing prospectuses, brochures, websites, posters and adverts-Involved in the creation and development of new designs and visual concepts, acrossa broad spectrum of styles.-Working across a wide variety of digital and print projects. -Creating and maintaining graphics for company websites.-Preparing files to print and then sending them to the printers.-In charge of the creative aspects of a project. Product Photography: -Execute high-quality product photography for use in marketing, packaging and branding.-Guide all aspects of a photography shoot, including lighting, editing and file management.-Manage retouching, compositing, image prep, colour correction, digital asset management.-Understand when to adhere to photography guidelines and when to push creative ideas to create compelling imagery
