- Working in fast pace kitchen/production line.- Preparing/Cooking dairy meals including diets as Lactose free, KETO/VETO , Vegan , Vegetarian.- Assisting the Head Chef in day to day task.- Maintaining the Health and Safety rules and communicating any problems to the superior management.

• Overseeing the production team, giving basic instructions so the process will run smoothly according to the Health and Safety procedures. • Monitoring people attendance/performance and report to the manager. • Taking decision within standard process and method of the job. • Reporting any kind of issue to the production manager / maintenance. • Filling the request document for the purchasing team daily. • Pointing out during the meetings with the senior managers board any kind of issue, improvements or new machinery requirements. • Presenting the daily production documentation to the Quality Assurance team / Administration team.
