- Managing advanced support requests and provide technical support and technical consulting to end-clients regarding WebLogic multi-tier enterprise infrastructure environments.- Installing and configuring WebLogic domains on Windows/UNIX platforms- Deploying applications, clustering configuration, NodeManager configuration- Installing WebLogic patches, service packs etc- In-depth analysis of platform configuration issues as well as application deployment technologies- Carrying out Thread Dump Analysis, Heap Dump analysis, Troubleshooting logs- Reproducing software bugs, following testing scenarios and checking patches which are later provided to customers- Configure JDBC Datasources, JMS and other JEE components- Install and configure Oracle Database in order to replicate customer environments- Provide application deployment and troubleshooting support to multiple development, testing & production environments- JVM performance analysis, tuning, capacity planning, load balancing and connection pools- Java/JEE, XML, web services and various system log files analysis and troubleshooting- In-depth knowledge of web server load balancing concepts and experience with highly available distributed environments- Provide technical expertise in identifying issues that impact release and service delivery.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (Knowledge Base articles)
