    Designing link budget (according with the agreed solution with Microwave Panning department) of point to point information transport (voice/data 2G/3G/LTE & CDMA). According to the informational load, area traffic, implemented technologies, I chose the transport capacity; according on the distance between the two sites, geographic topology, climatic interference I calculate the frequency, choose the channel, polarization and the modulations used so that the transport requirements are satisfied without interference considering the available equipment in stock, the cluster of vendor specific equipment in the area for management purpose choosing the adequate IP for each network element and connect it in the management server. The work order (WO) is then issued and sent to contractors for field installation.Coordinate the final installation with subcontractors from field. In case of problems they must be resolved in time to minimalize the cut-off time of traffic.Prepare colocation requests with other operators from radio frequency point of view to avoid interference.Participate to weekly Rollout meetings to represent transmission department in following the sub-contractors progress in assigned projects. Creating material list in SAP (Dispatch Order) according to the WO considering the equipment manufacturer and stock and in cases when necessary items are not available finding solution to make available equipment compatible.Participate to inventory of radio/transmission related equipment at the storage loction.
