As a Solution Architect I am responsible for the solution provided to the Customer. Designing "End to end Solutions", that requires to considered aspects like business requirements, internal constraints and capabilities and technical constraints. Solutions included connectivity, security, and voice components.Design Authority for the technical solution for standard and non-standard product deals with customers (Fortune 500 companies).Define and design comprehensive solutions (Fixed connectivity, LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi, unified communications and collaboration, voice and mobile data, managed mobility services, security) with specific service features for the customer’s business needs.Capturing and interpreting customer requirements from different sources like RFP’s and RFI’s, or proactive when we present business opportunities.Ensuring solutions are deliverable in timeframes committed and passed all governance steps via EDRA processes.Working with sales, commercial and other stakeholders to design, gather costs, and document the solution to be offered to clients and contribute directly to clarify customer requirements and add them in a design document that will include functional and non-functional requirements;Plan, assess feasibilities and implementation, estimate effort, identify any risks & dependencies, and ensure quality service in the offered solution.Participate in the selection process of manufacturers who deliver hardware and/or software needed to define and implement IT & Telecom solutions according to the customer’s requirements.Devices / Domains / Technologies - Cisco ISR G2 and G3 series, Cisco ASR series, MPLS, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, BGP, Cloud Connection, Datacenters, CE-PE Connections, IPSec.Change Management authority and Customer Service Ass ociate (CSA) on large customers with RFCs for complex projects not covered by initial project scope.Acting as Scrum Master on several automation projects within the team.

Participating in rollout activities related to planning, design, deployment, performance optimization and quality of transmission & IP networks, in all relevant physical and transport layers;Providing support for testing and integration of new software or hardware equipment;Analysing load vs. installed capacity and dimensioning properly the transmission and IP networks;Analysing error rate vs. ITU-T performance standards and applying corrective actions;Analysing regular reports about the performance networks (short term performance monitoring);Communicating effectively inside Hub Engineering and/with other local departments NSU, SCM, Network Delivery & Implementation, Operation & Maintenance, Regulatory, Technology Finance and Business Units;Testing and integration of new software and hardware equipment;Directly collaborating with Vendors/Integrators/Contractors/Partners for successful development of transmission and IP networks.Bucharest and national optical fiber network deployment. Development of microwave radio links work orders. Design of Point-to-Point radio links in microwave spectrum. Dimensioning and configuration of microwave links and optical network elements.New network microwave topologies development and new high and low level design for optical fiber networks.Choosing and dimensioning IP/MPLS transmission equipment. Analyse and upgrade transmission network in order to prepare integration of LTE/LTE+ and 5G test and commercial technologies.

Designing link budget (according with the agreed solution with Microwave Panning department) of point to point information transport (voice/data 2G/3G/LTE & CDMA). According to the informational load, area traffic, implemented technologies, I chose the transport capacity; according on the distance between the two sites, geographic topology, climatic interference I calculate the frequency, choose the channel, polarization and the modulations used so that the transport requirements are satisfied without interference considering the available equipment in stock, the cluster of vendor specific equipment in the area for management purpose choosing the adequate IP for each network element and connect it in the management server. The work order (WO) is then issued and sent to contractors for field installation.Coordinate the final installation with subcontractors from field. In case of problems they must be resolved in time to minimalize the cut-off time of traffic.Prepare colocation requests with other operators from radio frequency point of view to avoid interference.Participate to weekly Rollout meetings to represent transmission department in following the sub-contractors progress in assigned projects. Creating material list in SAP (Dispatch Order) according to the WO considering the equipment manufacturer and stock and in cases when necessary items are not available finding solution to make available equipment compatible.Participate to inventory of radio/transmission related equipment at the storage loction.
