● Manage event registration and participants database● Maintains communication with the Entities in regards to # of delegates, transportation● Ensures that the venue, plenary and session’s rooms are decorated as it is planned● Maps out and implements the plan of improving delegates experience● Manage the conference Goodies shop ● Communicate with participants before event , during and after● Follow-up with participants for post-event activities and compile post-event feedback
