In May 2016 I graduated from the Entrepreneurial MBA classes at Asebuss.My main activities within this job:Project management:- I have prepared the business plan for EVOS innovation, a training and consultancy company- for the business plan, I have created the P&L and cash-flow estimates- I have designed and I have managed the development and implementation of the online software apps associated with the company's products and services- I kept in touch with the consultants team and I have set the requirements for the apps- I created the technical specs in accordance with the set requirements- I have managed the developers team and ensured the compliance with the specs and the deadlines- together with the team, we have developed the apps in Drupal CMS (API, UI, theming), PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuerryBusiness analyst:- I have developed the company's products and services in accordance with needs of the targeted clients niche- I took part to meetings in which we promoted the company's products and services- I ensured consultancy to clients in order to identify their specific needs- I have customized our services so that they fit the domain and business model of the clients- based on network theory, I have conducted Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) in order to present our clients the real collaboration and interactions within the teams and the teams' members- based on the ONA results, I have made recommendations for collaboration improvementsBesides the above, I was also involved in the design of the company's general strategy, together with the management team.EVOS innovation is a training and consultancy company. The products and services that we offer aim to increase our clients productivity through collaboration improvement, create top performing teams and find the right candidates, using online innovative tools.

In September 2014 I have started the Entrepreneurial MBA classes at Asebuss in Bucharest.My activity at this job has been mainly business related.I was part of a department that was supplying our clients with training and consultancy meant to improve the collaboration within their employees.Within this department I have been responsible with its online component. I have designed, developed and implemented an online platform that delivered HR tests, questionnaires, data collection for organizational network analysis (ONA) and the analysis itself.ONA was and still is something new in Romania. We were the only company delivering this service. I was product manager for it.After a while the activity of this department has been taken over by EVOS innovation.

Business consultancy for social enterprises.Within this project my role was of a business consultant for 3 social enterprise activating in agriculture, bakery and beekeeping. All of them were located in Botosani county, Romania.My main activities:- I have defined the strategy and followed its implementation- I have elaborated the business plan, together with the P&L and cash-flow- I was involved in the equipment acquisition process and in other investments the social enterprises made- I have elaborated reports for the project financeriers- I have participated in various social business conferences and meetings

My main activities at good.bee Credit IFN S.A. - member of ERSTE group:- I was involved in the contracting and then the implementation of Charisma Enterprise ERP solution fron TotalSoft- I have managed and maintained the ERP's database- I have developed an in-house software solution for the monthly reporting to the Credit Bureau- I have developed and maintained the company's website, goodbeecredit.ro- I was in charge with the online promotion, conducting AdWords campaigns, advertising in online and print catalogues from food and agriculture domains

Nexus project involved the creation of an online platform designed to intermediate several services for Romanian migrants: financial services, insurance, consultancy and information, medical services, etc.My activity within this project:- I was involved in the making of a study about Romanian migrants- within this study, I took part in focus groups with people working abroad and/or their relatives remained home, in different locations in Romania- my objectives in this focus groups were to observe the migrants' needs, seek business opportunities, and also to set the requirements for the future development of the online platform- also within the study, in order to identify migrants clusters abroad, I have used social network theory elements with specialized software tools like Gephi and InFlow.

During the 4th year of college, I have founded the e-commerce website dm.ro (DigitalMall.ro).At the beginning the product offering was limited to photo-video digital cameras and accessories, based on imports from external suppliers, mainly US. Through imports we were able to have access to a wide range of main products, and most important to accessories for them, at lower prices than the internal suppliers.In the next 2 years, we have diversified our product offering, and included the whole range of IT&C and appliances products, approximately 30,000 items in listings.Each year we have seen an increase in sales of at least 100%, and, in 2007, we have reached EUR 5 mil in turnover.Together with this rapid development, our staff increased, and I was in charge with the management of a team of 35 employees.We also had to change the offices and warehouse location four times.Seeking new business opportunities and partnerships, I traveled to several international fairs and exhibitions with IT&C products. This way, besides the traditional suppliers in USA, I have established business partnerships with new ones in China, Japan, Germany and UK.While the import amounts increased, I have realized the opportunity to start a distribution company of IT&C products. I did this in 2006 when I created Zetta Distribution company. The goal of this company was to wholesale IT&C products to local re-sellers, one of them being dm.ro.Through all this time, I manged to maintain dm.ro in the top 5 players in the Romanian e-commerce. As for today, back then, the market was dominated by emag.ro, which had a significant market share. Based on market share, dm.ro was approximately equal to other e-commerce websites like cel.ro, pcgarage.ro, pcfun.ro, evomag.ro.
