- Coordinating, providing support, training and guiding colleagues to follow the procurement procedures and to apply the best practices according to business policy;- synthesize and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources;- develop the forecast for the next season and manage it accordingly, to meet the business needs, while keeping a constant check on the stock levels;- Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies, forecasted price trends and their impact on future activities;- help in developing the commercial policy and the strategic implementation to gain competitive advantage regarding pricing position on the local market;- Monitoring and reporting the supplier’s performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), established by business and sourcing needs;- Participate in global projects to support global negotiations and supplier selection;- Work to continually improve processes and performances, in collaboration with colleagues from different departments.

- Build a sustainable and long term collaborative approach with the manufacturers and third party suppliers, for a win-win relationship across lines of procurement;- Ensure compliance to procurement policy and procedures, identify areas of concern;- Perform a detailed assessment of the supply market and assure competitiveness;- Develop and manage the sourcing strategy for supplier negotiation;- Control and track the released orders and delivery of the pre-seasonal orders;- Prepare the logistical and customs documentation and formalities;- Participate in or identify the cost-saving opportunities;- Accountable for running and preparing different reports in terms of stock level, obsolete stock and accruals.

- Place orders for goods, consumable supplies and others services for the branches, based on the last year’s sales and estimations for the next period;- Provide necessary assistance and administrative support in order to guarantee a well going supply chain;- Optimize the operational part of the procurement process;- Take the necessary actions to solve problems in case of difficulty or delay in delivery;- Actively participating in ordering campaigns, inquiries and negotiations with existing/new suppliers in terms of pricing and contract terms;- Work closely with Accounts Payable to review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies if necessary;- Prepare in a timely manner any reports required by the group (daily, regular and occasional).

- Calculate forecasts by using the sales information and potential upcoming trends, negotiate with the suppliers and place orders;- Prepare the logistical and customs documentation and formalities for the EU, non-EU or Asian imports;- Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers in order for improve the collaboration;- Research and identify potential suppliers for our range of products (every day household items);- Periodic evaluation of purchasing prices (continuous monitoring the local and external markets, maintaining an awareness of the activities of competitors);- Attend trade fairs and demonstrations to search for new products and suppliers;- Preparing monthly reports (prices, stocks, orders planning and sales estimations).
