-Coordinating and monitoring IT Service Desk team activities , in the process ofsolving problems, targets andtasks-Independently planning activity and adopt upon necessities in order to meet givendeadlines in expectedquality.-Providing support to team members and/or department manager for work planningand prioritisation.-Supporting activity planning and resource allocation on team level activities in orderto fulfil all tasks inallocated budget and time.-Understanding complex situations that potentially generate errors/issues, identifyingroot cause andproposing solutions for mitigation.-Preparing and presenting complex queries and non-standard /ad hoc- reports uponrequest correctly,completely and in due time.-Supporting improvement of performance and skills of the team members (inaccordance with companystandards, support and feedback for the team).Acting as Process Manager for Service Request and Process Coordinator for IncidentManagement andChange Management:-Planning and coordinating all process activities-Ensuring that all activities are carried out as required throughout the service life-cycle-Managing resources assigned to the process-Working with service owners and other process managers to ensure the smoothrunning of services-Monitoring and reporting on process performance-Identifying improvement opportunities for inclusion in the CSI register-Working with the CSI manager and process owner to review and prioritiseimprovements in the CSI register-Making improvements to the process implementation.

Responsibilities included:-Preparing the laboratory teaching documentation for the "Embedded Software" course curriculum -Assisting the students with the preparation of the required projects-Evaluation on the project and laboratory work.
