Aceasta experienta pot spune ca m-a scos cel mai mult din zona mea de comfort, facandu-ma sa ma adaptez mult mai rapid la orice situatie noua, si sa gasesc solutii mult mai rapid pentru rezolvarea oricaror probleme noi aparute.De asemenea m-a ajutat foarte mult sa invat modul in care fiecare cultura influenteaza direct idea de business in diferite colturi ale lumii.

Man Solutions SRL a fost aceea de manager al unuia dintre restaurantele din portofoliul companiei si anume Casa Palace din Timisoara.Desi discutam de o perioada de doar 3 luni de zile, am reusit sa organizez atat activitatea restaurantului (sistem de rezervari performant, bucatarie, staff, marketing etc) care vindea in momentul in care l-am preluat undeva la 30-40 de meniuri pe zi si am ajuns sa vindem 90-110 meniuri pe zi in momentul in care l-am predat.In ceea ce priveste hotelul, am optimizat cu success pagina de booking, reusind sa crestem semnificativ numarul de clienti.
