In cadrul acestui job mi-am imbunatatit cunostintele de Microsoft office in special de excel.De asemenea mi-am dezvoltat si abilitatile de munca in echipa, de foarte multe ori fiind necesar sa lucram si pe proiectele colegilor.Mi-am dezvoltat foarte bune abilitati organizatorice in urma volumului foarte mare de lucru din unele perioade.Am mentinut o foarte buna legatura cu clientii si partenerii companiei.Fiind vorba despre un job foarte antrenant, deloc monoton, consider ca mi-am dezvoltat si capacitatea de adaptabilitate la diferitele problem ce pot aparea in cadrul jobului.

EN: In the month of June of 2018 I was promoted to the position of Chief Logistics department at Luxury Stones & Gems SRL, here I had the opportunity to organize from scratch the semi-precious stones storage/ showroom that the company opened in Arad, I also took care of the business relations with our clients from various countries like USA, Saudi Arabia, England, France, Spain, Bulgaria, Morocco, China, etc., but also with our suppliers and partners in India, Brazil and Madagascar. I can say that this experience was the one that took me the most out of my comfort zone, making me to adapt much quickly to any new situation, and find quicker solutions to resolve any new issues. It has also helped me a lot to learn how each culture directly influences how to do business in different corners of the world.RO: In luna iunie a anului 2018 am fost din nou promovat in pozitia de sef department logistic in cadrul companiei Luxury stones & gems SRL, aici am avut ocazia sa ma ocup de organizarea de la zero a depozitului/ showroomului de pietre semipretioase pe care compania l-a deschis in Arad, de relatiile cu clientii din cele mai variate tari precum SUA, Arabia Saudita, Anglia, Franta, Spania, Bulgaria, Maroc, China, etc dar si de relatiile cu furnizorii si partenerii nostri din India, Brazilia si Madagascar. Aceasta experienta pot spune ca m-a scos cel mai mult din zona mea de comfort, facandu-ma sa ma adaptez mult mai rapid la orice situatie noua, si sa gasesc solutii mult mai rapid pentru rezolvarea oricaror probleme noi aparute.De asemenea m-a ajutat foarte mult sa invat modul in care fiecare cultura influenteaza direct idea de business in diferite colturi ale lumii.

EN: In June 2017, I went back to America for the third and last experience of this kind, continuing the supervisor / server activity at Ocean Terrace Restaurant in what was one of the most profitable seasons for the Ocean Edge Resort. It was once again a very positive experience from which I’ve made many friends and with the satisfaction that I successfully finished the last chapter of the American story.RO: In luna iunie 2017 am revenit in America pentru a treia si ultima experienta de acest gen, continuand activitatea de supervisor/ server in cadrul restaurantului Ocean Terrace in ceea ce a insemnat unul dintre cele mai profitabile sezoane pentru resortul Ocean Edge. A fost din nou o experienta foarte pozitiva de pe urma careia am ramas cu foarte multi prieteni si cu multumirea ca am dus cu bine la capat si ultimul capitol din povestea americana.

EN: My first experience with Build. Man Solutions SRL was as the manager of one of the restaurants in the company’s portfolio, Casa Palace in Timisoara.Although it was only a 3 months experience, we have managed to organize the restaurant's activity (booking, kitchen, staff, marketing, etc.) wich was selling when I took it close to 30-40 menus per day and when I left we were selling around 90-110 menus a day.Regarding the hotel, we have successfully optimized the booking page, managing to significantly increase the number of our customers.RO: Prima mea experienta in cadrul companiei Build. Man Solutions SRL a fost aceea de manager al unuia dintre restaurantele din portofoliul companiei si anume Casa Palace din Timisoara.Desi discutam de o perioada de doar 3 luni de zile, am reusit sa organizez atat activitatea restaurantului (sistem de rezervari performant, bucatarie, staff, marketing etc) care vindea in momentul in care l-am preluat undeva la 30-40 de meniuri pe zi si am ajuns sa vindem 90-110 meniuri pe zi in momentul in care l-am predat.In ceea ce priveste hotelul, am optimizat cu success pagina de booking, reusind sa crestem semnificativ numarul de clienti.

EN: At Hartl Connect, I had the opportunity to work as a debt recovery agent taking care of the lists of our customers from England, Spain and Romania, this experience helped me to improve both English and Spanish languages, and also helped me to develop my communication skills in different contexts with our customer base.RO: In cadrul companiei Hartl Connect, am avut ocazia sa lucrez ca recuperator creante pe listele clientilor de Anglia, Spania si Romania, aceasta experienta fiindu-mi benefica pentru perfectionarea atat a limbii engleze cat si a celei spaniole reusind totodata sa-mi dezvolt si mai mult abilitatile de comunicare in diferite contexte cu baza noastra de clienti.

EN: For my second experience in America, I was selected for the supervisor position at one of the largest and most important restaurants in Cape Cod Massachusetts, Ocean Terrace.Through this job I have been able to develop my leadership skills, working with more than 50 people. It helped me to develop my ability to solve problems that have arisen during the work program with both employees as well as with our clients.RO: Pentru o a doua experienta in America, am fost selectat pentru jobul de supervisor la unul dintre cele mai mari si mai importante restaurante din Cape Cod Massachusetts si anume Ocean Terrace din cadrul resortului Ocean Edge.Prin acest job am reusit sa-mi dezvolt advarate abilitati de leadership, lucrand cu peste 50 de persoane, mi-a fost extrem de folositoare aceasta experienta in ceea ce priveste dezvoltarea capacitatii mele de a remedia problemele survenite in decursul programului de lucru atat cu angajatii cat si cu, clientii nostri.

EN: This was a job through which we interacted with a very varied clientele, the resort is very well recognized internationally and as such attracts clients from all over the world, as a server I’ve worked for a period of 2 months and as a supervisor of the restaurant I’ve worked for a month and a half, one of the things that helped me to get promoted as a supervisor was the very good report made by Forbes magazine within the resort and which also targeted my name.RO: Acesta a fost un job prin intermediul caruia am interactionat cu o clientela foarte variata, resortul fiind recunoscut pe plan international si ca atare atragand clienti din toata lumea, ca server am lucrat pentru o perioada de 2 luni iar ca supervisor al restaurantului am lucrat o perioada de o luna si jumatate, unul dintre lucrurile care m-au ajutat sa fiu promovat ca supervisor a fost raportul foarte bun facut de revista Forbes in cadrul resortului si care a vizat si numele meu.

EN: This experience within the family company has been one of the most important experiences so far since I started working from high school and continued in college. I succeeded very quickly in implementing this desire to work and to get involved in the job I have. through this job I succeeded to develop my skills in selling a product or service and coordinating a business.RO: Aceasta experienta in cadrul companiei de familie a fost una dintre cele mai importante experiente de pana acum deoarece incepand sa lucrez chiar din timpul liceului si continuand mai apoi in timpul facultatii am reusit foarte rapid sa-mi implementez aceasta dorinta de a muncii si de a ma implica activ in jobul pe care il am. prin intermediul acestui job am reusit sa-mi dezvolt aptitudini in ceea ce inseamna vanzarea unui produs sau serviciu si coordonarea activitatii unei societati comerciale.

For this job I was responsible with analyzing the files and drafting legal opinions in the field of commercial law and administrative litigation.RO: Acest job a fost prima mea interactiune directa cu practicarea dreptului, a fost o experienta interesanta si placuta, utila in ceea ce a insemnat dezvoltarea mea profesionala ulterioara. Pentru acest job am avut ca responsabilitati analizarea dosarelor și redactarea de opinii juridice în materia dreptului comercial și contencios administrativ.

EN: This experience at Tempini was also very important to me because it meant a first exit from the comfort zone, assuming much more responsibilities. My responsibilities for this job included presenting the company's products, advising clients in choosing the best products for their needs and restoring stock lists.RO: Aceasta experienta de la Tempini a fost de asemenea foarte importanta pentru mine deoarece a insemnat o prima iesire din zona de comfort presupunand evident o asumare mai mare a responsabilitatilor jobului. Responsabilităţile mele pentru acest job au constat in prezentarea produselor societății, consilierea clienților in alegerea celor mai bune produse pentru nevoile lor si refacerea listelor de stocuri.
