As a Contracts Engineer my key responsibilities lie in delivering Mechanical (Rotating and Static) equipment procurement strategy and cover the following areas:Sourcing and award:- Contracts strategy development and approval incl. but not limited to analysis of business needs, estimation of costs, market analysis, presentation of strategy to tender committee, etc.;- Preparation of complete tender package (ITT, PFI/RFP/RFQ, tender notifications, bidder lists, tender bulletins etc) performing supplier qualification, commercial evaluation, etc.Administration of contracts portfolio with overall value of USD 40m:- Commitments placement and tracking, incl. but not limited to revision of scope, issuance of claims, delivery of liquidated damages, etc.;- Contractors performance evaluation through spend analysis, Business Performance Reviews (BPRs), revision of Contract Management Plans (CPMs), track of Key Performance Indicators;- Suppliers management and performance development through Contract Optimization Reviews (CORs);- KPIs development and implementation;- Contract amendments negotiations incl. Contract extensions, rates reviews, etc.;- HSE standards compliance audit executionCategory strategy development and implementation:- Category spend analysis and its consolidation- Exploration of market and maintenance of vendor data- Exploration of Russian content development opportunities

As a procurement specialist I was responsible of purchasing process including but not limited to the following activities: - Leading tenders for materials supply, i.e. RFQs/RFPs, evaluation of bids, etc.;- Carrying out negotiations of supply contracts terms and conditions, i.e. payment, delivery, liquidated damages, packaging;- Supply Purchase Orders placement- Coordination and delivery status tracking; - Negotiating delivery optimization terms and conditions- Competitive suppliers market exploration- SAP change and incident managementAchievements- Managed several purchasing groups including PVFF, rotating/static equipment spare parts with overall purchasing value of USD 30mln per year with no supply delays that could disrupt the production, no integrity issues.- Successfully delivered purchasing of several high value production critical equipment incl. but not limited to heat exchangers, compressor stator and rotor etc with no delivery delays and quality issues.- Successfully implemented RFQ automation instrument which considerably reduced the time for RFQ processing, distribution to suppliers and bids evaluation.

Performed inventory control in order to optimize the stock levels in Company warehouses as well as to initiate the purchase of spare parts on time.
