Business development & client management activities:- Manage the collaborations with both national & international clients;- Close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders in order to ensure a high standard project delivery; - Focuse on new business & developing the existing accounts;- Define and implement procedures (related to reporting, working style with internal and external stakeholders, delivery plans).Recruitment activities- Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process;- Analyze the requests and needs of the clients;- Collaborate with client and establish the delivery plan;- Developing recruitment strategies depending on each clients' needs and the resources availability on the market;- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database (Workable);- Working closely with Requisition Management Tool & Power BI;- Participating to recruitment events and identifying new opportunities to increase the brand awareness;- Type of roles: Software Developers (Java/Scala/Golang/C#/.NET/Node.js/JavaScript/ React.js/Angular/ React Native, GraphQL/ Mobile etc.) QA Engineers, Project Managers, Support Engineers, management IT roles.
