CAPEX GOVERNANCE, REPORTING AND MONITORING at Group level, to:•Provide coherent information and ensure transparency on investment portfolio;•Improve budgetary control;•Allow effective decisions upon investments developed.•Develop and propose Investments Policy, improvements and/or amendments;•Undertake effective review on existent investments’ portfolio, analyze and monitor performance of The Rompetrol Group’s portfolio by tracking cost and profit return schedule of each investment.•Prepare Investment Plans (annual/5 years business plan).•Coordinate the preparation of regular reports / improve reports in order to alleviate analysis and ensure good visibility of projects’ portfolio execution.•Participate at the implementation process of SAP at Group level regarding investment policy, reports and workflows.•Develop a BI tool at Group level, built as a hybrid between SAP Business Warehouse and Cognos, with primary information gathered from over six different ERP’s, in order to have a consolidated view for CAPEX execution and expenditure level and to have permanent access on a daily basis, at updated figures for each investment project developed by Rompetrol.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSABILITY:CAPEX GOVERNANCE, REPORTING AND MONITORING at Group level, to:• Provide coherent information and ensure transparency on investment portfolio;• Improve budgetary control;• Allow effective decisions upon investments developed.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT at Group level, to implement Strategic Business Opportunities, as well as current Investment Plans thru:• Capital Investment Analysis & Projects’ Assessment, including appraisal in terms of profitability thru Financial Models;• New lines of business identification, exploration & definition (strategy formulation, business plans, mapping processes, business cases, financial models & analyses, business plans);• Programme & Project Management (planning, execution, monitoring & control, post-execution follow-up);• Projects’ Coordination and/ or Consultancy;MAIN ACTIVITIES:• Identify, select, prioritize, recommend investments opportunities to grow The Rompetrol Group’s asset base and maximize return on investment, advise management in selecting viable project portfolio (strategy formulation, business plans, mapping processes, business cases, financial models & analysis, business plans);• Develop and propose Investments Policy, improvements and/or amendments, provide analytical support on investment initiatives, ensure systematic & sound business analysis of proposed investments, establish standards for investments through financial & economic analysis on investments;• Undertake effective review on existent investments’ portfolio, analyze and monitor performance of The Rompetrol Group’s portfolio by tracking cost and profit return schedule of each investment.• Prepare Investment Plans (annual/5 years annual plan).• Prepare regular reports improve reports in order to alleviate analysis and ensure good visibility of projects’ portfolio execution.• Participating at the implementation of SAP at Group level regarding investment policy, reports and workflows.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSABILITY:Budgeting & Reporting Activities:• Participating in the preparation of company’s annual budget (IS, CF, BS);• Analysis made between actual IS/budgeted IS/same period previous year IS;• Daily Income Statement report with analysis on production costs, G&A costs, sales costs and selling prices thru economic performance indicators such as Gross Margin, Net Margin, EBIT, EBITDA;• Provide, on a whenever necessary basis, different management reports regarding budget control and analysis.•Credit Control:• Financial analysis for existing/new clients in order to evaluate possible exposure and grant credit limits;• Support in draw-up of required documentation for company’s financing applications;• Support in draw-up of company’s 5 or 10 years business plans and investment projects.Hedging:• Participate in accounting and commercial hedging implementation in a very early phase.Operational Activities:• Registering account statements in Ron, Euro and USD; compensation orders from clients/suppliers;• Daily register of the petty-cash journal and expenditure statements;• Register supplier invoices;• Cash Flows and Aging (Open Account) Reports on a regular basis;• Monitoring of the financial covenants established in financing contracts with financial institutions;• Planning and performing daily payments in accordance with company’s policy and daily receivables.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:• Contacting by phone/email or visiting clients regarding past due invoices;• Managing past due invoices situations thru written notifications in collaboration with legal department;• Daily reporting regarding cashed up payment instruments;• Cash in estimation;• Managing report of payments instruments (cheques or promissory notes) received as contract guarantees from clients;• Participating in the merging of three companies from which resulted Zentyss S.R.L.;• Active participation in the implementation of a new ERP system in the company – SAP.
