I was responsible for the overall retail bank financial results, strategy development and execution. Results:• Launched new mobile bank and site applications fully re-built on micro service infrastructure;• Launched a flagship product in Uralsib bank and increased its share in the new to bank acquisition to 25%;• Significantly improved NPS of Retail bank – moved to 6th position from 10th in the banks’ rating;• Fully reorganized Product, Sales and Retail bank headquarter teams.

I was responsible for the retail lending business financial results, strategy development and execution. The overall revenue of the businesses under my leadership was USD310M per year. The overall EBIT amounted to USD90M.Results:• Successfully engineered and conducted agile transformation in 3 lending businesses of Raiffeisenbank;• Achieved RBI leading profitability results in Net Margin in Credit Cards business (14,5%);• Grew the new mortgage loan volume share to #3 position in Russia in 2017 without reducing margin;• Grew portfolio of unsecured loans in 2016 while market declined by 8,5%;• Took lending business in Raiffeisenbank to a market leader position in NPS;• Significantly reduced the clients’ cost to serve in branches (-27%) by moving service operations to remote channels.

I was responsible for development/execution of sales strategy and achieving sales plans in 9 distribution channels (Corporate, Premium, Airports, Payroll, Internet, POS, Branches, Mini offices and Call center).Results:• Achieved record monthly sales - 133 000 first credit cards transactions per month;• Developed a sales stimulation program with over 20 activities per year across 9 distribution channels;• Designed multiple compensation plans for sales agents.

• Achieved the #1 position in Return On Total Assets (4%) for Credit Cards business in the EMEA region;• Increased sales volume in Personal Loans business by 25% (2011 vs. 2010);• Launched a flagship credit cards product (CitiLife) with market leading value proposition;• Increased cross product sales in “Bank at Work” channel by 30%.
