Interdepot Deliveries management (Primary Distribution Order management) ; - daily route settlement process for the interdepot deliveries, in order to achieve the desired transport cost for all internal goods movements ; - weekly process of customer orders relocation, in order to achieve the cost targets per month, both on primary and secondary distribution route ;- checking and processing all internal distribution orders and maintaining the STR's and delivery processes in SAP at desired level ;- shipment optimization via TMS and parameters update for each DC and delivery plant in TMS ;- shipments export for TMS to SAP and process follow up at DC and plant level ;2. Sales Orders process management (Secondary Distribution Order management) :- all incoming sales orders for the next 48 hours must be clearly defined according with the transportation capacity, weight, loading slot at our DC's and factories and unloading slot at the client.3. Management :- all sales orders, after processing are transmitted via TMS to our logistic partners and we need to make sure that this process runs smoothly ;- tracking of the deliveries process and maintaining the relationship with the logistic providers in every step of the sales orders delivery ;- follow up upon the delivery process per each day, split on DC level and logistic provider .4. Transportation Cost management ;- reconciliation on weekly basis for all loads taking into account the planned routes and available loading slots per each DC and plant ;- tracking of transport costs of the planned shipments - both for primary and secondary distribution, correlated with containers return and any other optimization conflicts that could appear in the process .5.
