Through empathy, coaching, a focus on skills and broad worldly understanding through many lenses, I grow Romania's future linchpins. I coach students one-on-one using motivation and understanding methodologies I've developed through Choice Architecture. I teach students to manage the unknown in a Business course meant to help them understand the modern world and interactively develop the skills needed to succeed in it. I create courses, content, and assist parents in navigating their high-schooler's professional dilemmas and challenges.

Technology should help without adding complexity.Everyday, Tasklight is evolving to shift companies from using email for collaboration and knowledge-transfer, folders for documents, and ten other enterprise applications for data storage to a single intuitive application, that cares about its users.

By understanding the organisation's core challenges, both internal and external, I create strategies and assist Management in shifting towards a self-sustaining, profitable organisation and an established brand in the IT services market. I have led all Marketing activities, implemented HubSpot as a CRM platform, changed Matricia's branding and sales funnel, and am leading an internal team of Consultants to sell and implement simple solutions solving complex Business issues using Enterprise-grade technologies.

Throughout my studies I've coordinated online and offline marketing activities, copywriting, and consolidating Matricia's brand identity on the Romanian market while learning the basics of running a Business, Change Management, and consulting.

Operated in a fast-paced start-up to help High School students figure out their study choice in the field of Business & guiding them through the Business archipelago (Finance, Organisational Theory, Marketing, Macroeconomics, Behavioral Economics, Organisational Behavior, etc.)Teaching them to understand their skillset and passions in order to convincingly sell themselves during the application process.Coaching them to find motivation and passion, by better understanding the surrounding world and their place in it.

During my Master's I led the wonderful Academic Development Team for the 15EC I DO course addressed to second year International Business Administration Students. Developed the course's entire curriculum, designed and taught 10 2-hour lectures about Business, navigating uncertainty, Entrepreneurship and NGO Impact to coach students in their endeavour or consulting real NGOs.

Explored the world of Case Solving & Consulting and learned about the intricacies of Methodical problem-solving & Business Strategy. I was not a particularly great Case Solver as I was too stubborn back then, but as time has passed I've reflected on the feedback I received then, and realised that I've learned so much.
