Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a Test Plan accordingly to the product’s development- Develop and maintain Test Cases in Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) by reviewing requirements and design specifications- Develop and execute test suites for web applications on multiple browsers- Analyze the application and identify the needs of the Test Plan based on the previously found bugs- Manage QA environments for functional, regression, integration, installation, load and security testing- Follow up and communicate test results- Provide feedback for the product’s quality - Provide suggestions in order to increase the product’s quality- Detect, report and track the application’s issues - Verify fixes and requirements accordingly to implementation- Configure test environments on multiple platforms- Work closely with the Development teams throughout the development process to determine specific test requirements- Work closely with the Support team and help tracking and solving client’s issues- Help the developers track and resolve the bugs- Communicate and document user experience interactions- Develop methods to improve the overall testing methods and the quality of the product
