• Configure / upgrade servers, routers and switches to ensure optimal access to Internet and VoIP services•Monitor (on site, remotely/snmp) the proper functioning state of the network servers, routers and other network equipments at our central communication node (headend)• receive / deliver circuits or equipment and verifie their functionality• configures CPEs as requested by customers and as required by the design• research and test new CPEs to extend the quality and range of services provided, attend technical meetings with vendors• in direct connection with ‘third party’ suppliers of equipment and network outsourcing teams• discuss with customers (national and international) about the implementation of the requested service, when requested by the account manager• track the decommission orders for services• offer technical support to trouble tickets escalated by the L1/L2 Support departments for complex solutions• responsible with the interaction between the following Departments: Field, IP NOC/Implementation, Transmissions and Core Network Development• responsible for technical support, post-sales support, ensuring a low defect rate for orders and helping develop revenue• responsible for the deadlines and SLAs for each project involved in
