I also assist, along PMs and DMs, with contract editing and budget creation during new financial years for the teams involved, keeping in mind costs, rates changes or standard team shapes structure. Being a central point of contact, I offer the link between management decision piers to execution piers and from high strategy needs towards the departments and function that supported the business.I managed to adapt to the changes that occur within the Allianz Technology and gave my experience from Allianz and before it to find ways in easing the work of my colleagues.Through external spend direct implication, I work closely with Project Managers and Procurement team through Ariba and SNOW tools, tools which had direct connection with SAP.By working with both Waterfall and Agile methods, I understand their implications and connections with multiple WBS structures from financial point of views for all types of projects.I watch over resource plans generation and get timesheets approvals, mainly in Ariba but less in Jira.Confluence is another platform that is in close connection with the projects overviews and source of information that I check according to the needs of my role.
